Gale force winds combined with a lack of rain made ideal conditions for what has been the worst fire in U.S. history for an urban area, dwarfing the 1871 Chicago fire. Did You Make It Past National Quitters Day? Friday, January 10th was the day most people quit on their annual fitness resolutions, especially when the weather stays cold. I didn’t quit — I do daily workouts: biking outside down to 20 degrees, water walking/swimming & use the fitness machines at my local Y. How ’bout you?
